Mabprachan Lake is a sub-District of Banglamung as the name suggests it has a large Lake which is used as a reservoir to accommodate a water supply to the surrounding area.

There are quite a few Restaurants, bars, markets and some Temples in this area, many that are overlooking the water. Residential properties are also close by which include modest houses up to some large, impressive properties.

Access to this area in recent years has been greatly improved with Highway 7 or highway 36 on the doorstep, giving easy accessibility to Pattaya City, Bangkok, Rayong, or Sattahip
