After living in Thailand four months I decided I wanted to put down some roots and own a property, one as place to live the other as a hedge in Asia. It is clear that this team have integrity in how they work. When I finally made a bid and agreed a price with the owner of the Condo, They helped manage the purchase through the land office. I have bought and sold properties in the UK and have had a lot of experience with Estate Agents etc. The way this team conducted themselves from the first meeting to the completion was superb helping with Tor Tor Sams and giving advice on electric and how to pay it direct. Buying in a foreign country for the first time without the language is daunting, however the honesty and integrity the way Best Pattaya Property team supported me was the best I have ever had from an agent even in the UK. Compared to the other agents I met in Pattaya, these guys are head and shoulders above.
