Wonderland 1

Wonderland Village 1 was the start of a succession of Wonderland Housing developments, generally 2 storey houses with large plot sizes in convenient locations. Wonderland 1 is no exception it is a simple city centre village of just a handful of houses. The village has a large communal swimming pool for all residents to enjoy.

Being close to North Pattaya road and Naklua makes the location highly convenient for getting ‘in & out’ of Pattaya. Also being towards the northern end of the city means it is also very close to Wong Amat beach. Wong Amat beach is one of the  best stunning clean coastlines, with a palm tree lined path, and views of the Pattaya City skyline and the Koh Larn Island on the horizon.

The Bangkok – Pattaya motorway, and Highway 36 both have access within a short 5-minute drive which opens the whole of the Eastern Seaboard to travelers
