Jomtien Thip Condotel is a single building condo project that was built back in 1991 on 1 rai (1600 sq.m) of prime land, just back a few meters from Jomtien beach. It has 10 floors and consists of 305 individual units ranging in sizes from studio rooms to 2- bedroom apartments.

Being this close to Jomtien beach transport is very easy to get from Jomtien to Pattaya City as the baht buses run frequently along Jomtien beach road.
