The Place

The place condo is a boutique style 8 storey, single low-rise building that’s located on the quiet upmarket residential neighborhood of Pratumnak Hill. Whereas the area, despite its proximity to downtown Pattaya still retains its appeal as a quiet and leafy suburban community thanks to a large part to the low volume of traffic and the abundance of trees. The Place condo was a proven success story right from the start, with the project literally being completely sold out within the first year off it’s launch date, based largely on word of mouth alone given how successful their first project namely The Lofts condo was.
