Siam Place

Siam Place is a housing project that was constructed between 2006 to 2008 consisting of 80 houses making it a small and friendly village to live. a selection of single and 2 storey homes that is located on Soi Siam Country Club Road that gives easy access to a lot of local amenities that include, a large Thai market, local shops bars, convenient stores, restaurants, or a short drive about 3km into Pattaya City. 

Siam Place village has a large communal swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, CCTV, and 24-hour security.
