Phoenix Sunrise Villa Resort

Sunrise Villa Resort is within the grounds of Phoenix Gold Golf and country club, It was completed in 2015 being a small development of luxury villas close to Huay Yai. From here you can access many things to occupy you easily, such as the many tourist attractions, Thai culture, white sandy beaches, golf and of course Pattaya city, which offers you shopping, restaurants and the nightlife that Pattaya has become renowned for.

The resort has a lush tropical garden running through the center with great variety of flowers, palm trees, and bushes. There is a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi dip pool, sun loungers, a BBQ area, seating/dining area and covered car parking.

The smallest 3 storey house is 168 sqm living spread over the 3 floors, on the Ground Floor (65 sqm). The ground floor offers you a living room, a dining room with a European kitchen, a bathroom as well as a Thai kitchen outside.

The 2nd Floor (63 sqm) holds 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.

Both bedrooms have great views over the pool and the tropical garden.

The 3rd Floor (40 sqm) offers a large terrace and a Thai kitchen for cooking outside on the roof as well as a beautiful view of the garden, the swimming pool, and the great nature surrounding you.
