Later, in the year 1941, a grade 1 school building was built, 3 rooms, width 9 meters, length 27 meters, budget 4,000 baht, and in 1952, the name of the school was changed to "Ban Nong Phang Khae School". Later in the year 1978, it was transferred to be under Pattaya City. According to the Pattaya City Administration Act of 1978 and was renamed "Pattaya City School 7 (Ban Nong Phang Khae)"
