Located about a 20-30 minute drive south of Pattaya city is this seaside suburb. Unlike Pattaya, this tranquil suburb has many restaurants and resorts right on the beach. Heading further South from Jomtien is Na Jomtien this location has vastly grown in recent years with condominium developments shooting up bringing the area to be more connected to Jomtien, Developments include Riviera Monaco, La Royal, Grand Florida Beachfront, Venetian signature, Ocean Portofino, and Veranda Pattaya just to name a few, There is a selection of houses which include View Talay Marina, Palm Grove, Ocean lane villas and X2 Pattaya Oceanphere to name a few.
