Kittima Gardens 2

Kittima Garden 2 is a small housing development situated just off Soi Chayaipruek 2 East Pattaya; It is a small estate with around 15 single houses with a few of them having private pools. Easy access to Pattaya City or closer would be Jomtien which would take around 10 minutes. 

Currently there is no Security or communal pool so living expenses are very minimal.
