Grange Park

Grange Park Villas is a housing development located in East Pattaya. Being a secure gated community, it consists of approximately 28 houses with a few empty land plots still available. Grange Park Villas started construction in 2005 with half of the village built by the end of 2006.  

In Grange Park Village there are many different house types within the project with the majority being large villas having been built on large plots of land. The land plots start at 800 sq.m and rising.  

Grange Park Villas is located just opposite one of Pattaya’s best international schools, Tara Pattana.  Close by there is Vespresso restaurant that caters for casual dining, local supermarkets are also close enough to walk with Pattaya City only a 10-minute drive away.
