Dhewee Park

Dhewee Park Village is a small community situated about 17km south of Pattaya, as you head towards Sattahip. The village has a selection of Nationalities from local people from Thailand to people from all over the world. It's a safe and well-maintained community that residence take pride in, and happily showcase the quality of our management team compared to other communities. Dhewee Park is a Developed Estate with great facilities which include a communal swimming pool, communal garden area with Children’s playground, and BBQ area, fitness room and 24-hour security. Owners must contribute to an annual fee based upon their plot size (currently 180 Baht per TW) which pays for the maintenance of the village that includes the 24-hour security and other services. The village is managed by an unpaid committee of residents, elected each year by the owners, so not having to pay for any management company. Every Baht is used to keep the village clean, attractive, well maintained, and safe.
