Central Park 5 Village

Central Park 5 Village is a popular housing project that was completed in 2009 and consists of around 42 properties. These consists of 2 storey and single storey houses, many were brought by Bangkok people or ex-pats that like to be out of the city but within easy reach of it, just a 10-minute drive and you could be back in Pattaya City or Jomtien. There are a good number of local amenities close by that include a daily market, 7/11 and a mini mart on your doorstep. Just a short distance is a bilingual language school called Satit Udomseuksa which offer classes of Thai and English programs
