Center Condotel

Center Condotel also known as Center Condo is situated on a prime inner-city plot of land just set back from South Pattaya Road in South Pattaya as well as close to Pattaya 2nd Road and Walking Street. The project was completed in 1990 and comprises of a single 16 storey building with 530 individual units ranging in many different sizes from studio rooms to 2 Bedroom apartments, on the ground floor you have a variety of mixed commercial units, which includes a mini-mart, Thai & Western restaurant, launderette, and a language school.

Although an older building since 2011 a new Juristic committee was formed comprising of Thai and foreign Nations that have ensured that Centre condotel is a safe and pleasant place to live and the communal fees are spent correctly.

Other communal amenities include a Lobby/ reception area that is wheelchair friendly, 3 Passenger Elevators, communal swimming pool with sun deck, together with a pool bar serving an assortment of beverages throughout the day to both residents and guests on the 1st floor. There is also a fully equipped gymnasium and even a table tennis/games room thrown in for good measure, an open-air, carpark with sun awnings and 24-hour security and` CCTV.
