Kim Place

Kim Place is a new housing estate consisting of just a few houses having been built and completed very close to Mabprachan Lake in Pong East Pattaya. This area of East Pattaya is becoming very popular with Ex Pat families that need to be close to International schools, the industrial areas of the Eastern Seaboard and Pattaya. Thai nationals from Bangkok have also seen this area as an excellent 2nd home location as the journey times from Bangkok can be completed within 1-hour, door to door.
